1. Who we are, what we offer

NCC.training is a brand and private online training service operated by VSVSV (VIDHI SANGAT VIDYUT SAKSYA VINAYA) TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED in India. We provide self-paced courses, study material, practice tests, and progress tracking to help learners prepare for the NCC A, B, and C certificate syllabus and related preparation areas (PRCN, ANO Refresher, wing specialisations).

These Terms ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of ncc.training and any associated apps, dashboards, downloads, and communications (the "Service").

2. We are not the NCC

Specifically, NCC.training does not:

• Conduct or administer official NCC enrollment.
• Issue official NCC A / B / C certificates. (Those are issued only by the NCC through its own training and examination process.)
• Verify official NCC certificates.
• Operate NCC units, camps, drills, or commissioning of Associate NCC Officers.
• Provide recruitment preference, bonus marks, direct entry, or any government benefit. Any such benefits that may attach to the official NCC certificate are governed by the relevant authorities, not by us.

For official NCC matters — enrollment, certificate verification, directorate contacts, camp registration, recruitment — use official NCC channels and your institution's NCC unit, not this website.

3. Eligibility & minors

To create an account in your own name you must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must create the account, give a separate explicit consent to process your data, and retain control of the account until you turn 18. You confirm that the information you give us is true and that you have the right to share it.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens on your account. Use a strong, unique password. Tell us immediately at nt@vsvsv.tech if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account that shows signs of compromise while we investigate.

5. Payments, pricing, GST

Paid courses are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the course page. Payment is processed by our approved payment gateway provider; we never receive your full card details, UPI PIN, netbanking password, or other full payment instrument credentials. We may issue a GST invoice on request if you provide a valid GST number at checkout. Course prices may change — the price shown at the moment of checkout is the price you pay for that purchase.

We never represent any payment we collect as an official NCC, DGNCC, MoD, or government fee, because it is not.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Each course page states whether and on what terms refunds are available for that course. The default policy unless stated otherwise:

• You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have not yet started the course (defined as opening any lesson, downloading any material, or attempting any assessment).
• Once you have started, the course is not refundable, because the value has been delivered.
• Subscription-style products (if introduced) are billed in advance per period and cancellable for the next period; the current period is not pro-rated.

Refund requests go to nt@vsvsv.tech with your order reference. We process approved refunds within 7 working days of approval through the original payment method. The full public policy is available at Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Digital delivery

NCC.training sells digital course access. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment verification, course access is normally activated immediately in your dashboard. The full delivery policy is available at Digital Delivery Policy.

7. Completion records & certificates

If a course is set up to issue a completion record, you receive a private NCC.training completion certificate on meeting the stated completion criteria. This is a record of your private training with us; it is not the official NCC A/B/C certificate, which is issued only by the NCC.

You can share, download, or print your NCC.training completion record. We do not represent it as an official NCC document, and you agree not to do so either.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any institution.
• Attempt to break, probe, scrape, or overload the Service (including but not limited to automated scraping, denial-of-service, or attempting to access content for which you have not paid).
• Share your account or distribute paid course content (videos, PDFs, question banks, assessments) outside the Service.
• Upload or transmit malware, harassment, or content that violates the rights of others.
• Use the Service to imply official NCC, DGNCC, MoD, or government affiliation that you do not actually have.

9. Course content & intellectual property

Some of the source material used in our courses is published by the National Cadet Corps and other government bodies under licences that permit republication, including Section 52(1)(q) of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Government Open Data Licence — India. Where we use such material, we credit the source.

The way we organise, present, narrate, illustrate, and assess that material — our lesson plans, video lessons, question banks, rich PDFs, illustrations, and interactive elements — is our own work and is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial study only. You may not redistribute, resell, or systematically copy that content. Reasonable, personal use (downloading a PDF to read offline, printing for your own revision) is fine.

If you believe any content infringes a copyright you hold, contact nt@vsvsv.tech with a detailed takedown notice and we will act on it promptly.

10. Warranties & disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service accurate, current, and available, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Course material is exhaustive or sufficient by itself to pass any official NCC examination. Outcomes depend on your effort and on factors outside our control.
• Any government benefit, recruitment outcome, or admission decision will follow from completing a course on NCC.training.
• Any third-party reference link we include will remain available or up to date.

Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable consumer protection rights you have under Indian law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NCC.training is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or expected outcomes, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you, for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service, is limited to the amount you paid us for the course(s) directly giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose.

None of this excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

12. Suspension & termination

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard (see Privacy §6). We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that we have reasonable grounds to believe is compromised, or where required by law. On termination, you keep the right to access certificates already issued; refunds, if any, are handled per §6.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email and a dashboard banner, and ask you to consent to the new version. Continuing to use the Service after a material change with notice constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a different forum.

Before going to court, please try to resolve any concern by writing to us — most issues are best (and fastest) sorted that way.
