Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund terms for private online course access purchased on NCC.training.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to paid online courses, digital learning materials, practice assessments, and related self-paced education services sold through NCC.training.
2. Refund window
You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have not started using the paid course.
A course is considered started once you open a paid lesson, download paid material, attempt a paid assessment, or otherwise access paid classroom content.
3. Non-refundable cases
- Refunds are not available after paid course content has been accessed.
- Refunds are not available because a learner did not receive official NCC enrollment, an official NCC certificate, recruitment preference, bonus marks, or any government benefit. NCC.training does not provide those outcomes.
- Refunds are not available for misuse, account sharing, or breach of our Terms of Service.
4. Cancellations
One-time course purchases cannot be cancelled after digital access has started. If a subscription-style product is introduced later, cancellation will stop renewal from the next billing period; the current billing period will not be pro-rated unless the product page says otherwise.
5. How to request a refund
Email nt@vsvsv.tech with your registered email address, order/payment reference, course name, purchase date, and reason for the request.
We review requests within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval through the original payment method. Your bank or payment app may take additional time to reflect the credit.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is debited but course access is not activated, contact us with the payment reference. We will either activate access after verification or initiate a refund for duplicate/failed transactions.
