Out-of-turn allotment (Govt approval 22 July 2014). Eligibility: 500+ students on roll. School bears training costs. Typical timeline: 6–12 months. The most commercially relevant pathway for private schools.
Fresh sub-units allotted under the 2024 NCC expansion. First-served goes to schools that are application-ready when the Directorate calls. Preparation is the differentiator.
The application is an 8-copy paper packet with no public template library. We draft the full dossier — Para 16 endorsement letter, financial commitment letter, ground-and-facilities dossier, student-strength documentation — ready for principal / sponsor signature. The institution signs and submits.
Three-tier panel (Battalion CO → Group Commander → Directorate). Bearing, OLQ, NCC knowledge, drill familiarity. We coach your nominated teacher through 6 mock cycles. The Board's decision is the NCC's.
3-month residential course at OTA Kamptee or Gwalior. SHAPE-1 medical, BPET targets, weapon-handling theory, drill. Failure means Return-to-Unit; we prepare candidates to walk in ready.
Every 2–3 years. Common failure modes: attendance gaps, certificate pass-rate dips, weak documentation. We provide quarterly readiness-review templates the institution runs against the audit parameters, plus a documentation gap report from records the institution shares with us.
SFS schools commit to bear training costs without a defensible budget. We produce the full cost-component model (uniforms, equipment, contingencies, camps, transport) the institution presents to its trustees.
From the Para 16 endorsement to the 60- and 90-day reminder letters, the NCC process needs careful drafting. We provide all formats and drafts; the institution adapts them on its letterhead, signs, dispatches, and tracks.
Engage at any stage. Most schools start at Stage 1 and follow through Stages 2–4. Stage 5 is the recurring annual line that keeps your unit through audits.
2–3 weeks. Eligibility scorecard, pathway recommendation (Standard / SFS / expansion), wing recommendation given the Directorate's vacancy posture, go/no-go memo your management committee uses to decide whether to proceed.
6–10 weeks of drafting. Full 8-copy DGNCC application, Para 16 endorsement letter, financial commitment letter (SFS / aided), student-strength documentation, ground-and-facilities dossier, initial ANO candidate dossier. NCC syllabus mastery (uses our cadet content library), OLQ coaching, 6 mock interview cycles for the three-tier Selection Board, BPET physical-conditioning programme, weapon-handling theory, map-reading and field-craft, PRCN kit checklist, optional post-commissioning mentorship.
12 months. Cadet selection-process design, Form I enrolment packet templates (parental-consent template for minors), uniform & equipment vendor playbook, training-calendar template aligned with Battalion cycles, CATC nomination kit, NIS / NER portal field guide. Digital-portal submissions are done by the ANO; we provide the step-by-step field guide.
