Your cohorts

One cohort per academic-year × wing-and-division grouping of cadets. Share the cohort’s invite code with your cadets — they self-register (or, for cadets under 18, their parent registers and adds them via Account & Privacy) and link to the cohort. The school does not bulk-create cadet accounts; the data principal (the cadet, or the parent for minors) owns their own consent. When a cohort ends, members transition to alumni automatically — cadet accounts survive, school seats free up.
